We stand behind the health of every mini donkey we sell. In the rare event that your donkey develops a life-threatening health defect, we offer a 100% refund. Our health guarantee covers serious, untreatable defects such as heart defects (scale 4 or higher), organ disorders, and other life-threatening conditions that cannot be treated. However, this guarantee does not include treatable disorders.

In the event your donkey develops a covered illness or health issue, we will offer you a replacement donkey of the same sex, breed, and quality that you originally paid for.
